Atkinson, M.K. , 2023. Organizational Resilience and Change at UMass Memorial , Harvard Business Publishing: Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Available from Harvard Business Publishing Abstract The UMass Memorial Health Care (UMMHC or UMass) case is an examination of the impact of crisis or high uncertainty events on organizations. As a global pandemic unfolds, the case examines the ways in which UMMHC manages crisis and poses questions around organizational change and opportunity for growth after such major events. The case begins with a background of UMMHC, including problems the organization was up against before the pandemic, then transitions to the impact of crisis on UMMHC operations and its subsequent response, and concludes with challenges that the organization must grapple with in the months and years ahead. A crisis event can occur at any time for any organization. Organizational leaders must learn to manage stakeholders both inside and outside the organization throughout the duration of crisis and beyond. Additionally, organizational decision-makers must learn how to deal with existing weaknesses and problems the organization had before crisis took center stage, balancing those challenges with the need to respond to an emergency all the while not neglecting major existing problem points. This case is well-suited for courses on strategy determination and implementation, organizational behavior, and leadership.

The case describes the challenges facing Shlomit Schaal, MD, PhD, the newly appointed Chair of UMass Memorial Health Care’s Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Schaal had come to UMass in Worcester, Massachusetts, in the summer of 2016 from the University of Louisville (KY) where she had a thriving clinical practice and active research lab, and was Director of the Retina Service. Before applying for the Chair position at UMass she had some initial concerns about the position but became fascinated by the opportunities it offered to grow a service that had historically been among the smallest and weakest programs in the UMass system and had experienced a rapid turnover in Chairs over the past few years. She also was excited to become one of a very small number of female Chairs of ophthalmology programs in the country.

Dr. Schaal began her new position with ambitious plans and her usual high level of energy, but immediately ran into resistance from the faculty and staff of the department.  The case explores the steps she took, including implementing a LEAN approach in the department, and the leadership approaches she used to overcome that resistance and build support for the changes needed to grow and improve ophthalmology services at the medical center.

This case describes efforts to promote racial equity in healthcare financing from the perspective of one public health organization, Community Care Cooperative (C3). C3 is a Medicaid Accountable Care Organization–i.e., an organization set up to manage payment from Medicaid, a public health insurance option for low-income people. The case describes C3’s approach to addressing racial equity from two vantage points: first, its programmatic efforts to channel financing into community health centers that serve large proportions of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), and second, its efforts to address racial equity within its own internal operations (e.g., through altering hiring and promotion processes). The case can be used to help students understand structural issues pertaining to race in healthcare delivery and financing, to introduce students to the basics of payment systems in healthcare, and/or to highlight how organizations can work internally to address racial equity.

Kerrissey, M.J. & Kuznetsova, M. , 2022. Killing the Pager at ZSFG , Harvard Business Publishing: Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health case collection. Available from Harvard Business Publishing Abstract This case is about organizational change and technology. It follows the efforts of one physician as they try to move their department past using the pager, a device that persisted in American medicine despite having long been outdated by superior communication technology. The case reveals the complex organizational factors that have made this persistence possible, such as differing interdepartmental priorities, the perceived benefits of simple technology, and the potential drawbacks of applying typical continuous improvement approaches to technology change. Ultimately the physician in the case is not able to rid their department of the pager, despite pursuing a thorough continuous improvement effort and piloting a viable alternative; the case ends with the physician having an opportunity to try again and asks students to assess whether doing so is wise. The case can be used in class to help students apply the general concepts of organizational change to the particular context of technology, discuss the forces of stasis and change in medicine, and to familiarize students with the uses and limits of continuous improvement methods.

Yatsko, P. & Koh, H. , 2021. Dr. Joan Reede and the Embedding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Harvard Medical School , Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health case collection. Available from Harvard Business Publishing Abstract For more than 30 years, Dr. Joan Reede worked to increase the diversity of voices and viewpoints heard at Harvard Medical School (HMS) and at its affiliate teaching hospitals and institutes. Reede, HMS’s inaugural dean for Diversity and Community Partnership, as well as a professor and physician, conceived and launched more than 20 programs to improve the recruitment, retention, and promotion of individuals from racial and ethnic groups historically underrepresented in medicine (UiMs). These efforts have substantially diversified physician faculty at HMS and built pipelines for UiM talent into academic medicine and biosciences. Reede helped embed the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) not only into Harvard Medical School’s mission and community values, but also into the DEI agenda in academic medicine nationally. To do so, she found allies and formed enduring coalitions based on shared ownership. She bootstrapped and hustled for resources when few readily existed. And she persuaded skeptics by building programs using data-driven approaches. She also overcame discriminatory behaviors and other obstacles synonymous with being Black and female in American society. Strong core values and sense of purpose were keys to her resilience, as well as to her leadership in the ongoing effort to give historically marginalized groups greater voice in medicine and science.

This case summarizes the toxic water crisis in Flint, Michigan between 2011 and the end of 2016, which followed the decision to switch the city’s public water supply from Lake Huron to the more corrosive Flint River. It outlines the factors that led to the initial government decision, and the social, economic, health, and policy consequences that followed. The case highlights the role of citizens, scientists, and activists in raising public awareness of the crisis and the toxic long-term effects of lead poisoning on affected children. It also illustrates the challenges and questions such a crisis poses for other communities in the United States and globally.

The case is accompanied by an instructor’s note, role play exercise, and discussion guide with an accompanying teaching graphic.

In the aftermath of the atrocities endured by the Cambodian people, Friends-International (FI) was established in 1994 to address some of the many protection needs faced by the country’s marginalized children and youth. In the intervening quarter century, FI has grown substantially, both in the scope and complexity of its operations. The organization’s core mission consists of providing comprehensive, innovative, and high quality services to children, youth, and their families, based on a child rights-based approach that informs all of the organization’s programs. FI has established a strong and highly respected presence in Cambodia, building social services for children, operating effective social businesses , and initiating the global ChildSafe Movement. Over time , they have expanded their community-based model to multiple countries. But amidst their expansion, FI has continued to face financial insecurity and a constantly shifting landscape of challenging child protection concerns. At what point might they have been trying to do too much, possibly unduly stretching themselves across too many sectors and borders? Innovation had been a core strength of FI, but was it always appropriate to innovate? The case addresses these common problems.

Holman, S.R. & Balsari, S. , 2017. Stampede at the Kumbh Mela: Preventable Accident? , Harvard University: Global Health Education and Learning Incubator. Access online Abstract This teaching case describes the fatal stampede in Allahabad, India during the 2013 Kumbh Mela festival, and the lessons it offers for thinking about global health risks and responses to unintentional accidents and injuries related to mass gatherings. The case is part of a teaching pack, “Accidents & Injuries: Lessons from a Stampede,” which also includes a companion instructor’s guide, discussion guide, role-play exercise, annotated bibliography, and glossary of terms. The case is suitable for undergraduate and graduate classes in the study of religion, humanitarian aid, public health, and emergency medicine with a focus on disaster management.

Weinberger, E. , 2015. Weighing the Evidence: One University Takes a Hard Look at Disordered Eating Among Athletes , Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health: Strategic Training Initiative for the Prevention of Eating Disorders (STRIPED). Download free of charge Abstract Colburn University is the largest private university in the fictitious state of Columbia and is often recognized by people from distant parts of the country for its award-winning Division I athletic teams. That’s why when athletic director Harry Ritchie makes an offhanded comment about Colburn student-athletes with eating disorders, the press pounces. This incident coupled with a complaint from a parent draws the attention of Dean Francis Reilly, who finds himself needing to peel back some of the layers embedding college athletics on the issue of eating disorders among athletes. Throughout the narrative, different perspectives on sports and eating disorders are revealed from top-level administrators, like Dean Reilly, to the student-athletes themselves. As the story concludes, the conversation about eating disorders has begun, but questions still remain on how to make Colburn University a healthy environment for its student-athletes. Intermediate and advanced level teaching notes  available for faculty/instructors .

Holman, S.R. & Shayegan, L. , 2014. Toilets and Sanitation at the Kumbh Mela , Harvard University: Global Health Education and Learning Incubator. Access online Abstract This case describes efforts to balance public health concerns with religious and cultural practices of religion pilgrims in India. The Kumbh Mela festival, the largest mass gathering in the world, takes place every 12 years in Allahabad, India. Pilgrims at the 2013 festival followed toilet and water sanitation practices common in South Asia, practicing defecation in both designated areas (contained squat toilets and private “flag” areas for open defecation) as well as public defecation in the sand or by the riverbanks. The construction of the site - and organization of the facilities to support it - follow a detailed system that has developed over decades of close collaborations with national, state, and regional governments and religious leaders, and includes the provision of clean drinking water and public toilets. This case describes efforts by government officials during the 2013 festival to ensure and maintain adequate and appropriate sanitation facilities (toilets and the use of safe drinking water) and the long-term impact of the observed practices on the physical environment. The case introduces students to the conditions and challenges of water and sanitation as it relates to cultural issues (social determinants of health) in global communities with limited resource for optimal health governance.

Guerra, I., et al. , 2019. SALUDos: Healthcare for Migrant Seasonal Farm Workers , Harvard University: Social Medicine Consortium. Download free of charge Abstract The SALUDos program began in 2008 as a response to an influx of migrant seasonal farm workers (MSFWs) at a mobile medical unit serving homeless persons in Santa Clara County in Northern California. The program offered patients free and low-cost primary care services, linkage to resources, and advocacy.  As the farm workers involved in this program became more involved in their primary care, they advocated for evening hours, transportation, linkage to coverage programs, and health education resources to better understand their medical and psychological conditions. During continual modifications of the SALUDos program, the team sought to understand and address large-scale social forces affecting migrant health through interventions to mitigate health inequities. Teaching note available for faculty/instructors.

Yatsko, P. & Koh, H. , 2017. Dr. Jonathan Woodson, Military Health System Reform, and National Digital Health Strategy , Harvard Business Publishing: Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health case collection. Available from Harvard Business Publishing Abstract Dr. Jonathan Woodson faced more formidable challenges than most in his storied medical, public health, and military career, starting with multiple rotations in combat zones around the world. He subsequently took on ever more complicated assignments, including reforming the country’s bloated Military Health System (MHS) in his role as assistant secretary of defense for health affairs at the U.S. Department of Defense from 2010 to 2016. As the director of Boston University’s Institute for Health System Innovation and Policy starting in 2016, he devised a National Digital Health Strategy (NDHS) to harness the myriad disparate health care innovations taking place around the country, with the goal of making the U.S. health care system more efficient, patient-centered, safe, and equitable for all Americans. How did Woodson—who was also a major general in the U.S. Army Reserves and a skilled vascular surgeon—approach such complicated problems? In-depth research and analysis, careful stakeholder review, strategic coalition building, and clear, insightful communication were some of the critical leadership skills Woodson employed to achieve his missions.

This teaching case study examines psychological trauma in a community context and the relevance, both positive and negative, of social determinants of health. Healthy People 2020 views people residing in communities with large-scale psychological trauma as an emerging issue in mental health and mental health disorders (Healthy People, 2016). The case study, which focuses on Newark, New Jersey, addresses three of the five key determinants of health: social and community context, health and health care, and neighborhood and built environment. The three key determinants are addressed using psychological trauma as an exemplar in the context of trauma-informed systems. The social and community context is addressed using concepts of social cohesion, civic participation, and discrimination. Access to health and health care are addressed with discussion of access to mental health and primary care services, health literacy, and the medical home model. Neighborhood and built environment are viewed through the lens of available government and NGO programs and resources to improve the physical environment with a focus on quality of housing, crime and violence, and environmental conditions. Upstream interventions designed to improve mental health and well-being that support trauma-informed systems are analyzed. The use of Newark as the case study setting allows a real-life exploration of each of these three key determinants of health.

This case study has four sections – introduction, case study, side bar, and vignettes. Learners should work through the case, access appropriate resources, and work in a team for successful completion.

This case describes and explores the development of the first medical transitions clinic in Louisiana by a group of community members, health professionals, and students at Tulane Medical School in 2015.  The context surrounding health in metro New Orleans, the social and structural determinants of health, and mass incarceration and correctional health care are described in detail. The case elucidates why and how the Formerly Incarcerated Transitions (FIT) clinic was established, including the operationalization of the clinic and the challenges to providing healthcare to this population. The case describes the central role of medical students as case managers at the FIT clinic, and how community organizations were engaged in care provision and the development of the model.  The case concludes with a discussion of the importance of advocacy amongst health care professionals.

Teaching note available for faculty/instructors .

As CEO Rick Siegrist signed the paperwork to dissolve his three-year-old startup Cambria Health, he pondered what had gone wrong. He had started the company to provide a turnkey software and technical solution to health care organizations that wanted to introduce shared medical appointments to improve patient care. But after several successful beta sites, the company was not able to achieve sufficient traction to continue. After over a year of inactivity, he decided to officially “pull the plug.”

Rick had previously co-founded three successful healthcare software companies before starting Cambria Health. He wondered what was different with Cambria. Was it a failure related to the idea or vision? Was it the strategy or business model of the company? Execution? Other reasons? Rick knew that he and fellow entrepreneurs liked to talk a lot about their successes, but not much about their failures. Perhaps there was more to learn from those failures regarding future opportunities.

Lapedis, J., Madden, S.L. & Siegrist, R. , 2015. Massachusetts Health Policy Commission: Innovation Through the CHART Investment Program , Harvard Business Publishing: Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health case collection. Available from Harvard Business Publishing Abstract In mid-September 2014, the Executive Director of the Health Policy Commission (HPC), an independent state agency in Massachusetts, assessed the proposals submitted by 27 hospitals for projects to be funded from $60m available under Phase 2 of the Community Hospital Acceleration, Revitalization, and Transformation (CHART) Investment Program. The HPC needed to fund projects that would meet the requirements of the CHART program: “to support the Commonwealth’s goals to improve the health of its residents, improve the access and quality of care, including patient experience, and reduce the health care cost growth.” The HPC had tried to help the eligible community hospitals develop strong, clearly defined projects for Phase 2, building on what they had learned during Phase 1 of the program. The RFP itself contained more detailed requirements than the earlier RFP, and the agency had tried to provide additional guidance by developing FAQs and holding information sessions during the RFP preparation period. Had it worked? What options did the HPC have at this point in the granting cycle to tighten up these projects and ensure that the funds would be used effectively and well?

The Palestinian Bedouin of the Negev desert are a minority community within Israel, one that has experienced limits on its rights to land use and health access. The Bedouin claim of ownership of their ancestral lands is disputed by the state of Israel, which has attempted to condition access to state services, like health clinics, on the relinquishing of land claims. After the passage of universal healthcare in Israel in 1995, the Bedouin and their representatives developed a legal strategy to secure a right to health on their ancestral lands. This case explores this legal fight, the historical and health contexts of Bedouin citizens of Israel, the limitations of the law in pursuit of justice, and the role of community organizing in the struggle for fundamental rights to health. It highlights the concept of settler colonialism and the relevance of historical context when striving to secure health. Finally, it also emphasizes the distinction between public narratives about vulnerable populations from actors with power such as the State and the narratives of the vulnerable community populations themselves.

Clark, J. & Kane, N.M. , 2009. Managing Governance at Reliance Hospital , Harvard Business Publishing: Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health case collection. Available from Harvard Business Publishing Abstract This case provides an introduction to the structure and dynamics of nonprofit hospital governance in the U.S. A hospital CEO two years into her position is grappling with how to make her board a more effective governing body. The hospital’s competitive position was eroding due in part to resistance by its independent medical staff to recruiting new physicians into the service area. In addition, some of the physicians had opened freestanding diagnostic and treatment facilities that reduced hospital revenues. But the board was reluctant to take this issue on. At the same time, the CEO felt that too much board attention was spent second-guessing her new hires and other operational decisions that she felt were her responsibility.

Policy Here , and regarding class use of cases and HBR articles:

... we prohibit the posting of cases, articles, or chapters on “e-reserve” course pages for student access, as well as in “electronic coursepacks” that link to our digitized content and content postings on course management systems such as WebCT or Blackboard. Such unauthorized postings are equivalent to distributing our copyrighted content to students without permission, which infringes that copyright. This is so even if the content is being used for the first time and is password-protected, accessible only to students in the course, and taken down at the end of the course.

Harvard Business Review

HBR articles in Business Source Premier (BSP, an EBSCOhost database) CANNOT be used for teaching purposes.

Harvard Business Review Notice of Use Restrictions, May 2009:

Harvard Business Review and Harvard Business Publishing Newsletter content on EBSCOhost is licensed for the private individual use of authorized EBSCOhost users.  It is not intended for use as assigned course material in academic institutions  nor as corporate learning or training materials in businesses. Academic licensees may not use this content in electronic reserves, electronic course packs, persistent linking from syllabi or by any other means of incorporating the content into course resources. Business licensees may not host this content on learning management systems or use persistent linking or other means to incorporate the content into learning management systems. Harvard Business Publishing will be pleased to grant permission to make this content available through such means. For rates and permission, contact [email protected].

That means an instructor should NOT do the following with HBR articles in BSP: 1) uploading PDFs, or 2) providing links in syllabus or Canvas, or 3) verbally assigning specific HBR articles during class. The instructor needs to set up a free educator's account and create the course pack, then share the course pack link with students.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Why can't instructors use HBR articles since they are available in Business Source Premier? -- It's HBP's policy. The articles in Business Source Premier are for "research" only; articles used for "teaching purposes" are not covered by the license and not free to the students.

Can students use Business Source Premier on their own and cite HBR articles in their papers or coursework? -- Yes, if they are doing research and find these articles serendipitously.

Can I just tell students to find these articles without linking to them? -- No, if the students are told to find them for a class, the articles are used for "teaching." HBP does track the usage of HBR and a sudden increase in the search and download of a specific article will be flagged as violation.

What are my options if I want to link to articles for a class so students can read them for free? -- The hbr.org website has many articles in full text and it is okay to link to them for a class. However, guest users and registered users can only view a limited number of free articles per month.

-- If the HBR article is also in one of the HBR's 10 Must Reads ebooks , you can link to the ebook. To find out if an article is in the ebooks, just do a search by the article title in the library catalog.

-- Articles from most other journals PSU Library subscribes to can be used as course materials, whether you put them on Course Reserves , link to them in your course page , or verbally assign them as required reading. The Library is already paying for these resources so your students can read them without any additional cost.

Who can provide more information regarding the course pack? -- I recommend contacting HBP directly .

What else do I need to know about HBR articles in BSP?

-- Starting 8/1/2013, Harvard Business Publishing has restricted access to  HBR's 500 most popular articles  (initial list -- titles change over time) to "read-only" in BSP. These articles cannot be printed or linked to from a persistent link. You can still search for them in BSP, download the PDF, or email the PDF to yourself.

-- How do I know it's one of those articles?

  • In the BSP article record you will see this message:  The publisher offers limited access to this article. The full text cannot be printed or saved.   Solution: There is nothing you can do. Just read it online.
  • If you see this message in BSP through an external link (e.g., from searching the library catalog): " The publisher offers limited access to this article. The full text cannot be viewed from a persistent link. " Solution: do a new search directly in BSP and you will find the full text.

Case studies in journals and magazines : * these are different from "cases" in the commercial/traditional sense

Case studies in books : * these are different from "cases" in the commercial/traditional sense

You can do a keyword search in the PSU Library Catalog  (the search box in the middle of the page).

Or use the Advanced Search for a more targeted search (fewer, more relevant results): for example,

enter the phrases case studies or case study under the Subject field.

Apple’s Dilemma: Balancing Privacy and Safety Responsibilities

In 2015, Apple debuted the iPhone 6S, which employed a default encryption system preventing both Apple and government authorities from accessing data stored on the device. Then, in 2016, a federal judge ordered Apple to provide technical assistance to unlock the iPhone used by one of the mass shooters in San Bernardino, California. Apple refused to comply. Years later, as the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the globe in 2020, Apple and Google partnered to develop a contact tracing application that would collect information about users infected with the disease and notify those who they had been in contact with. The app would keep information about infection and contact private, but some governments wanted more access. When Apple and Google declined to provide this information, they sparked a debate about the companies’ responsibilities for their customers’ personal privacy versus public health. Most recently, in September 2021, Apple decided to delay operating systems updates that included features to fight child sexual abuse. While many praised Apple, others worried that Apple’s new features risked undermining the privacy of all users. As each of these situations unfolded, Apple CEO Tim Cook had to consider both his responsibilities to global governments and society, as well as to Apple's customers, employees, and shareholders. Harvard Business School senior lecturer Henry McGee and professor Nien-hê Hsieh discuss the tension between privacy and safety through the “Apple: Privacy vs. Safety” series of cases.

Can Second-Generation Ethanol Production Help Decarbonize the World?

Raízen, a bioenergy company headquartered in São Paulo, is Brazil’s leader in sugar and ethanol production and the world’s leading ethanol trader. Since its creation in 2011, the company had primarily produced first-generation ethanol (E1G) from sugarcane, a crop that can also be used to produce sugar. In 2015, Raízen also started to produce second-generation ethanol (E2G), a biofuel derived from residual and waste materials, such as cane bagasse and straw – which don’t compete with food production. The company’s growth strategy focused on developing and boosting a low carbon portfolio that focused on E2G, based on the belief that Raízen—and Brazil—could help the world decarbonize and profit from the energy transition. Paula Kovarsky, Raízen’s chief strategy and sustainability officer, was confident the company could become a global green energy champion. But after the board’s approval for the first round of E2G investments, she faced a complex challenge: how to expand the market for second-generation ethanol and other sugar-cane waste biofuels, in order to ensure Raízen’s long-term growth? Harvard Business School professor Gunnar Trumbull and Kovarsky discuss the company’s strategy for bringing second-generation ethanol to the world in the case, “Raízen: Helping to Decarbonize the World?”

How SolarWinds Responded to the 2020 SUNBURST Cyberattack

In December of 2020, SolarWinds learned that they had fallen victim to hackers. Unknown actors had inserted malware called SUNBURST into a software update, potentially granting hackers access to thousands of its customers’ data, including government agencies across the globe and the US military. General Counsel Jason Bliss needed to orchestrate the company’s response without knowing how many of its 300,000 customers had been affected, or how severely. What’s more, the existing CEO was scheduled to step down and incoming CEO Sudhakar Ramakrishna had yet to come on board. Bliss needed to immediately communicate the company’s action plan with customers and the media. In this episode of Cold Call, Professor Frank Nagle discusses SolarWinds’ response to this supply chain attack in the case, “SolarWinds Confronts SUNBURST.”

Due to licensing restrictions, Harvard Business School Case Studies are limited to classroom use by individual students. The BU Libraries (including Pardee Library) cannot purchase cases for the library’s collections, or obtain cases through Interlibrary Loan. Individuals may purchase copies of cases for their own personal use directly from Harvard Business Publishing .

Instructors that assign Harvard Business School cases to their students can set up course packs directly with Harvard Business Publishing . Students will need to pay a fee to access the course pack and cost will vary depending on number of cases involved.

If you would rather not pay a fee for cases, please review this guide further for cases available through existing library resources or Open Access Cases (free).

A small number of case studies can be found in Harvard Business Review via our Business Source Complete subscription (1922-present) or in print at Pardee Library (1990-present). To limit your search results in Business Source Complete to case studies, select "Case Study" for the Document Type. Another source for business cases is Harvard Business Review Digital Articles (2007-present). You should also select "Case Study" for the Document Type to limit search results to case studies.

In August 2013, HBR designated 500 of their most popular articles as "read-only" and restricted the ability to print or download those articles in Business Source Complete. While it may change over time, the original list of articles is available here: HBR 500 . If you need an article that is part of the HBR 500, you may be able to access it through our Harvard Business Review print subscription at Pardee Library.

*Faculty: Please note that HBR articles from our Business Source Complete subscription may not be linked to course management systems due to licensing restrictions, however, articles can be purchased directly from Harvard Business School Publishing for inclusion in course packs.

Educator Access

Instructors at degree-granting institutions, nonprofits, and government institutions are eligible for Educator Access. As a registered Educator, you will have access to:

  • Full-text review copies of cases.
  • Detailed teaching plans that provide a road map for class discussion.

Register for Educator Access  and we'll activate your account within two business days.  Important note about permissions and copyright fees: If you intend to distribute, teach, or share a case, you, your institution, or your students must purchase permission for each student who will be given access to the case—whether electronically or via paper. For example, if you have 10 students in your class, you must purchase 10 licenses. There are two options for purchasing:

  • Your institution can pay for copies on behalf of each student by entering the number of students in the quantity field. You will then get an email with the PDF that you can post to a secure course webpage and/or print copies for your class.
  • Your students can purchase direct from the website.
